RV Reservations

Legacy Event Center will be collecting fees & managing the RVs upon arriving, but what they want from us is a list of those wishing spaces received early to allow for bill processing. The names and vehicle information will be sent directly to us, then forwarded to LEC. ABdFC will assign space numbers to accommodate those units wishing to be parked together. All information will be sent to Legacy Event Center, who will in turn send a contact and payment instructions to the RV owner.
Pre-Registration
RV pre-registrations should be done through Scott and Penny Anderson, sent - via email (roguebouviers@att.net) or USPS mail (727 Joyce Street, Livermore, CA 94550-2312) and received no later than September 1st.
The following information is required for each space:
RV sites include Water & Power only. There's a RV dump station available on site in Lot A. Nighty cost for RV sites is $40 + tax + fees, which is billed directly by LEC.
Note: Participants not meeting this September 1st deadline can still obtain RV parking on a space available basis upon arrival at the Center.

- Tow/Tag Vehicle License, including State & Number
- Dates Requesting Overnight Accommodations
- Name
- Address
- Cell Phone #
- Email Address
- Do You Wish to be Parked Next to Someone?
- Do You Need Special Accommodations?
